Burn Em Down Outfitters Shipping Policy
ORDER PROCESSING
Orders for in-stock merchandise are typically processed within 2–4 business days after payment is successfully received.
Business days do not include weekends or holidays. During new product launches, sales, holidays, or periods of high order volume, processing times may be slightly longer.
SHIPPING RATES
Burn Em Down Outfitters offers FREE standard shipping on U.S. orders of $75 or more, after discounts and before applicable taxes.
Orders under $75 will be charged the applicable shipping rate displayed at checkout.
DELIVERY TIMES
Delivery time begins after your order has been processed and transferred to the shipping carrier. Delivery estimates provided at checkout are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Once a package has been accepted by the shipping carrier, delays caused by the carrier, severe weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside of our reasonable control may affect delivery.
ORDER TRACKING
When tracking information is available, customers will receive shipping confirmation and tracking details using the contact information provided at checkout.
Please allow time for tracking information to update after your shipping confirmation is received.
SHIPPING ADDRESSES
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address when placing an order.
If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible at burnemdownoutfitters@yahoo.com. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed once an order has entered processing or has been shipped.
Additional shipping charges resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address may be the customer's responsibility.
LOST, STOLEN OR DAMAGED PACKAGES
If your order arrives damaged or you believe there is a problem with your shipment, please contact us as soon as possible with your order information and, when applicable, photographs of the package and merchandise.
Burn Em Down Outfitters will assist customers with shipping issues when reasonably possible. However, we cannot guarantee replacement or reimbursement for packages confirmed as delivered by the shipping carrier.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
At this time, Burn Em Down Outfitters ships within the United States only.
CUSTOM OR PERSONALIZED ORDERS
Custom or personalized merchandise may require additional processing time. Any estimated processing time provided for a custom order is separate from the carrier's estimated delivery time.
